Required products :

500 grams of tofu cheese
100 milliliters of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil
sesame seeds for sprinkling


Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

In a suitable bowl, mix olive oil with soy sauce, add black pepper, garlic, ginger.

Cut the cheese into oblong, triangular or pieces of your choice. Arrange them in a pan and spread the resulting sauce on their surface.

Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, then turn to the other side, reapply a layer of aromatic olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Let the cheese bake for another 20 minutes, it will form an irresistible and tasty coating.
