How To Cook Roasted Tomatoes Stuffed With Cheese, Toast And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1-2 slices of toast
  • 70 grams of cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (or to taste)
  • parsley, green onion or other green spice of your choice and taste
  • a little olive oil
  • ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the top of the tomatoes (lids) and with the help of a teaspoon carefully carve the inside.

 

Toast 1-2 slices of bread and cut them into small cubes. Leave the cheese to stand for 30 minutes in boiling water, then cut it into cubes.

Make the filling by mixing the pieces of bread, cheese, chopped green spices. Add the crushed garlic, olive oil and ground black pepper to taste.

 

Mix everything thoroughly and fill the tomatoes.

 

Bake them in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
