Learn how to cook "Roasted tomatoes with cheese, onions and olives". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
8 medium tomatoes
800 grams of cheese
4 onions
4 tablespoons olive oil
200 grams of pitted olives
parsley and basil to taste
salt and other spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the cheese into 8 approximately equal pieces about 1 - 1.5 cm thick. Cut the tomatoes and onions into circles.
Arrange the products of your choice in foil. You can form several "packets", in each of which to put a circle of tomato, onion, a piece of cheese or make. Sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil, and add olives. Wrap with foil.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes.
