Required products :
800 grams of trout
1 lemon
1 onion
40 milliliters of dry white wine
thyme
Method of preparation :
Clean the fish, finely chop the onion, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.
Pour the wine and citrus liquid over the onion and mash with your hands.
Make shallow cuts on the fish, salt it and season with ground black pepper. Sprinkle with a little thyme and put on two sheets of foil, which you wrap to get a kind of dish.
