Nuts are a classic beer appetizer, but beer also loves slightly spicy, well-seasoned food. If you like slightly sweet flavors in combination with a spicy note, you will surely like these walnuts.

Required products :

  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 protein
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 3 teaspoons walnuts

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the sugar, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Add the hot sauce and egg whites and mix well. Add the walnuts and mix well to cover. Pour into the pan and scatter.

Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
