How To Cook Roasted Watermelon With Cheese And Arugula - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted watermelon with cheese and arugula". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

4 pieces of watermelon, cleaned of seeds and peel
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 teaspoons lime juice
5 pieces of cheese (can feta) - about 120 grams a
handful of fresh mint
leaves arugula, lettuce or other similar leafy vegetables
salt and pepper to taste
roasted pumpkin seeds

Preparation :
Dry the watermelon pieces with paper and bake them on one side only on a hot grill for 2 minutes.
Cut the leafy vegetables, season them with 2 tablespoons of lime juice and olive oil, add a pinch of salt.
Pour the green base into a suitable dish, arrange the watermelon with the baked side up and add the cheese. Drizzle all products with the remaining citrus juice, season with a little salt (pepper if desired).
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and roasted pumpkin seeds.
