Wash the zucchini, dry them, cut the tails. Cut into thick circles, the inside of which you carve and cut into small pieces.
Heat the fat, pour in the chopped garlic cloves. After a few minutes, add the chopped zucchini and fry until golden. Season to taste and remove the garlic.
Arrange the zucchini rings in a greased pan, distribute the fried inside and the beaten eggs. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and place in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
