How To Cook Roasted Zucchini With Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Garlic And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted zucchini with ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1-2 cloves dill
  • salt and dill to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the zucchini, peel with a sharp knife, rinse under running water and cut into circles a centimeter and a half thick. Sprinkle with a little salt.

Arrange in a greased pan and cover their surface with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise.

Bake the zucchini in a preheated 190 degree oven (medium) for 20 minutes.

Remove the prepared ones on a plate, put a drop of mayonnaise on each piece and serve with crushed garlic and dill.

Instead of ketchup and mayonnaise, you can simply grease the circles with oil (you can also use butter).
