How To Cook Roll Minced Meat With Prunes, Cheese And Honey Glaze - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of minced meat (mixture of beef and pork)
  • 300 grams of prunes
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 slices of white bread
  • black pepper, salt

For the glaze:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (olive or oil), honey
  • 1 teaspoon sweet red pepper


Method of preparation :

Soak the slices in water or milk, then drain the liquid and add the bread to the minced meat. Beat the egg, season and knead.

Spread an even layer (about a centimeter thick) of the mixture on a sheet of parchment.

Sprinkle the finely chopped prunes and yellow cheese on the minced meat. Roll up the roll.

Place with the seam down on the paper with which you wrap it and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180 and bake the roll for another half hour.

Meanwhile, make the glaze by mixing olive oil with lemon juice, honey and red pepper.

When you take the roll out of the oven, remove the parchment and apply the glaze on the surface of the minced meat.

Return the dish to the oven for 10 minutes. Then remove, cover again with a sheet of paper and leave to cool slightly.
