Required products :

1 kg of cottage cheese

50 grams of sour cream

4 different colored sweet peppers

100 grams of pitted olives

2 zucchini

3 cloves garlic

connection dill

1 teaspoon ground cumin

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the peppers, cut them into long strips about 1 cm wide, cleaning them from the seeds. Peel the garlic cloves and mash.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic and peppers in it, add salt, pepper and cumin. Let the mixture cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then allow to cool.

Cut the zucchini into small strips lengthwise, immerse them in boiling water for a minute and remove on paper.

Pass the curd through a sieve, mix together with the cream.

Cut the olives into circles. Wash, dry and finely chop the dill. Mix the prepared products, add salt to taste and divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.

Take a suitable rectangular shape, cover the bottom and walls with scalded pieces of zucchini. Put one part of the curd with the olives, level the surface, distribute half of the fried peppers, followed by the curd and the remaining peppers. Finish with a layer of cottage cheese, flatten it and cover with zucchini.

Grease the roll with the remaining oil, cover or close the container and store in the refrigerator overnight.
