Using a mincer, grind the fish fillet together with the onion. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, beat the egg in it and if desired you can put soaked in water or milk and squeezed bread (1 slice).
In case the fillet is dry, add a piece of butter to the mixture.
Spread the minced meat on a rectangular plastic bag and in the middle of this base place strips of stuffing products: one of the grated carrots, one of the sliced and fried mushrooms, one of the chopped parsley, one of the boiled egg whites and one of the boiled egg yolks.
Using the package, roll up a roll and place it on a sheet of aluminum foil. Coat the surface with a mixture of the last egg, a little ketchup and mustard.
Bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes and enjoy!
