Method of preparation :
Add the bread (pre-soaked in water and drained) and the egg to the minced meat. Mix well.
Then add the soy sauce, black pepper to taste and finely chopped onions and garlic. Add salt if necessary.
Fry the mushrooms and onions until golden, season and leave to cool.
Chop the cabbage, cut the onion into semicircles and the pepper into straws. Fry them together until golden.
Then add the tomato puree dissolved in water, red pepper and let everything simmer until the liquid evaporates. Allow to cool.
Spread the minced meat on a sheet of plastic wrap, flatten.
Top with cabbage stuffing and sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese.
It's time for the mushrooms with onions.
And roll up a roll, using the foil.
Apply the egg white on top.
Grease aluminum foil with oil and place the roll. Wrap it.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then unroll the coating, generously spread with egg white, increase the temperature to 200 and let the dish bake until done (another 30 minutes).
You can handle the roll both hot and cold.
