How To Cook Roll Of Minced Meat Stuffed With Mushrooms And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 1 egg
  • spices: black pepper, salt and others

For the stuffing:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 plate fresh mushrooms

 

Method of preparation :

Season the minced meat, add the egg to it and knead.

Cut the mushrooms and onions, fry them together.

Spread a layer of minced meat in a square shape on aluminum foil. The thickness of the layer should be about a centimeter and a half.

Put the mushroom stuffing on this base and carefully roll a roll, which you put in a tray.

Put it for 50-60 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.

Juice will be released during baking, be careful not to burn the dish.
