How To Cook Roll Of Minced Meat With Ham And Yellow Cheese Filling - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3/4 tea cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 tea glass of dry red wine
  • 700 grams of ground beef
  • 400 grams of minced pork
  • 150 grams of ham, cut into slices
  • 2 tea cups grated yellow cheese
  • 3/4 tea cup tomato sauce

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, parsley, basil, oregano, sage, salt, pepper, garlic and onion. Stir.
  • Add the minced beef and pork, eggs and wine and knead the minced meat.
  • Spread it on baking paper, forming a rectangle approximately 22/30 cm in size.
  • Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons of yellow cheese on top, leaving 1 free centimeter on all sides.
  • Arrange the slices of ham on top and wrap the roll with the baking paper underneath.
  • Carefully transfer it to a greased pan and place it with the edge down.
  • Bake in preheated to 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
  • Remove the roll from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese and bake again until melted.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting it.
  • Garnish with tomato sauce and serve.
