How To Cook Roll Of Minced Meat With Olives And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Minced meat roll with olives and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of minced pork minced meat (you can also use beef)
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 6-7 green olives
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt, meat seasoning, black pepper - to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg in the minced meat, season, add 1 tablespoon of flour to taste and knead.

Spread it on a sheet of stretch foil, so that the layer is not thick. Sprinkle with gelatin and arrange at one end of the cheese, cut into thin straws.

Put the olives (cut in halves) on the pieces and roll them up, using a stretch mark. Wrap tightly in several layers of foil, tie the ends tightly.

Bake for 35 minutes in the oven (180 degrees), then wait for the roll to cool completely and then cut into pieces.

Serve the dish with your favorite sauce.
