Learn how to cook "Minced meat roll with prunes, walnuts and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 700-800 grams of minced meat (pork, beef, chicken or mixture)
  • 1 egg
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 70 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of prunes
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or amount to taste
  • 4-5 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat (180 degrees).

Dip the slices in the milk, then drain, mash and add to the minced meat.

Grind prunes and walnuts with a blender, but not too finely. Mix them with finely grated yellow cheese and pour over the minced meat and bread. Beat the egg in the mixture, add salt and knead.

Then spread the minced meat on a sheet of stretch foil, forming a thick rectangular layer. Put the stuffing on its surface, leaving the edges of the minced meat on the edges uncoated.

Using the foil, roll the minced meat into a roll, which you roll in 4-5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Put it in a tray on parchment paper and make a few cuts on its surface. Put pieces of butter in them and bake the dish in the already hot oven for about 40 minutes.

Have a good time!
