How To Cook Roll Of Minced Meat With Yellow Cheese And Ginger - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of hard yellow cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 kg of minced meat mixture
  • 150 milliliters of white wine (optional)
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • grated ginger to taste
  • left

Method of preparation :

Finely grate the yellow cheese, add the eggs and stir.

Cover the pan with foil, grease with oil and pour the mixture. Place in an oven preheated to 180 - 200 degrees and bake until golden. Allow to cool.

Before that, prepare the minced meat. Add ginger, wine (optional), salt and pepper to taste. Cut the peppers and parsley and place them in a separate bowl.

It's time to assemble the roll. Spread the minced meat on the cooled "dough" of eggs and yellow cheese, sprinkle with pieces of pepper and parsley.

Form a roll, wrap it in foil and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes. When baked, unroll and allow to cool.
