How To Cook Roll Of Omelette And Melted Cheese And Chicken Stuffing With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of minced chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of melted cheese
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt, curry, black pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the beaten eggs with the grated melted cheese and mayonnaise. Add a pinch of curry to the mixture.

Cover the bottom of the pan with a sheet of aluminum foil, grease it with oil and spread the omelette mass. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.

Finely chop the peppers and onions, fry them until semi-finished, add 1/2 teaspoon of tomato paste and the same amount of mayonnaise, stew for 5 minutes and leave the mixture for the moment.

Take the stuffing. Pour the minced chicken into a pan with hot fat, add the garlic, pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Stew for 7 minutes, stirring in the meantime.

Spread the omelette with the filling, spread the pepper and onion on it, roll it up and carefully transfer it to a tray, the bottom of which you have previously greased.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and the temperature should be 230. Five minutes before the dish is ready, cover it with aluminum foil.
