How To Cook Roll Of Pasta And Minced Meat With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pasta roll and minced meat with yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 600 grams of meat of your choice
  • 2 slices of old white bread
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 300 grams of pasta
  • 3-4 tablespoons grated cheese
  • a little fresh milk
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation :

Soak the slices of bread (without the crusts) in fresh milk, then drain.

Grind the meat together with the onion and bread (use a meat grinder)

In the resulting minced meat add the egg, spices and knead.

Then ram the minced meat, first distributing it on the bottom of a pan. Cover and leave for half an hour.

Meanwhile, boil and dry the pasta.

Put the minced meat on a sheet of stretch foil and roll it out so that there are no irregularities. Spread an even layer of pasta on this base and sprinkle with yellow cheese.

Roll up the roll with the help of stretch and transfer to greased aluminum foil. Wrap the roll in it and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

In the middle of baking, unroll the coating so that the dish turns red. To get an appetizing crust, spread with sour cream, mayonnaise or sprinkle with grated cheese.

Have a good time!
