How To Cook Roll Of Pita Bread With Mashed Potatoes And Minced Meat - Recipe

Required products (for 8 servings) :

  • pita bark
  • 900 grams of potatoes
  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 150 grams of mayonnaise
  • 20 grams of butter
  • left
  • pepper
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into 4-6 pieces and boil in salted water. Then drain the liquid and mash the potatoes together with the butter.

Finely chop the onion, stew it in oil, add the minced meat and fry it until ready, stirring.

Spread the lavash crust with mayonnaise, spread a layer of mashed potatoes and minced meat on it.

Roll up a roll, fry it until golden on all sides, then cut and serve.
