Required products :

  • 340 grams of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 300 grams of pre-cooked salmon
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery head
  • 1/2 cup chopped hot peppers
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 packet of 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon grated cucumber

Method of preparation :

Mix half the cream cheese and half a cup of mayonnaise, set aside.

In a large bowl, chop the salmon meat, add the onion and celery, hot peppers, peas, parsley, dill and lemon zest. Mix with the finished mixture of cream cheese and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the puff pastry in a greased pan.

Spread the mixture evenly on the dough, leaving 3-4 cm from the edges without filling. Roll into a roll and spread it with beaten egg.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes before baking.

Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees and wait 10 minutes to cool before serving.

With a fork or wire, beat the remaining mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth. Add the grated cucumber and stir.

Serve the roll with the sauce.
