Required products :

500 grams of walnuts
1/2 lemon
160 milliliters of milk
220 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the powdered sugar and make a hollow in the middle in which you pour the milk and put 1 egg yolk.

 

Then add the yeast, two pinches of salt and softened butter and butter. Knead a soft and elastic dough.
