Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanillin
  • 4 eggs
  • 350 milliliters of whipping cream with a fat content of 30 - 33%
  • jam of your choice

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour twice. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites with a mixer, gradually adding the sugar (one spoon), add vanilla. When you pour all the sugar, the protein mass should be white in color and thick enough. Then start adding the yolks (again 1 tablespoon and without stopping to beat). Once you have finished this stage, leave the mixer, because the flour follows, and you will mix it with a spoon. It is also applied gradually, stirring from the bottom up.

Quickly pour the resulting dough into a pan, the bottom of which you have lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for 25 minutes. Immediately remove the pan from the oven and turn the marshmallows over on a towel or baking paper. Remove the paper from the tray. Roll the marshmallows into a roll using the paper used for baking and the one on which you turned it. All this must be done very quickly and allow the roll to cool completely.

Whip the cream well, you should get "hard tops".

Unroll the cooled loaf, spread with your favorite jam, then with cream (leave 2-3 tablespoons of it for decoration) and roll again, but this time without the paper.

Decorate the dessert with the reserved cream and put it in the fridge so that the filling can set. You can decorate further by choice.

Enjoy your meal!
