Necessary products

For the roll:

  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 200 grams of flour
  • dill - optional
  • left

 

For the stuffing:

  • 200 grams of liver pate
  • 10 fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a saucepan and put the bowl on medium heat. Add the butter, a pinch of salt and when the butter is completely melted, add the flour. Stir to avoid lumps. Remove from the heat, let the dough cool and add the eggs one by one, stirring until the mixture is stretchy.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and grease it. Spread the dough in the bowl, flatten and place in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop and fry the chopped onions and mushrooms, grate the cheese.

Remove the prepared tray from the pan together with the baking paper and roll it up. Five minutes later, unroll, remove the paper and smear the surface with the paste. Then distribute the mushrooms and onions, sprinkle with cheese. Roll up again, wait 5 minutes and serve.
