How To Cook Roll Tortilla Rolls With Pea And Cheese Dip - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Rolls of tortilla cakes with pea and cheese dip". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 75 grams of frozen peas
  • 50 grams of baby spinach
  • 5 grams of fresh basil
  • 75 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of turkey ham or fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, cut into thin strips with a peeler
  • 2 wholemeal tortilla cakes

Method of preparation :

Blanch the peas for 3 minutes in boiling water, drain and rinse with cold water. Grind it in a blender with spinach, basil and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese until a creamy mixture. Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining cream cheese, stirring well to combine.

Spread the resulting cream on the two tortillas, and spread the ham and cucumber on top.

Roll into rolls and cut them into chunks.

Thus prepared, tortilla rolls are ideal for school breakfast.
