How To Cook Roll With Champagne And Milk Chocolate Cream - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for swamps

 

  • 6 proteins
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 milliliters of fruit champagne
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 300 grams of sifted flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

 

for cream

 

  • 200 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 200 grams of mascarpone
  • 300 grams of liquid white chocolate

 

for decoration

 

  • powdered sugar
  • cocoa powder
  • fresh strawberries or other fruits of your choice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the egg whites and yolks in two separate bowls. Add the sugar to the first one and beat until you get hard snow. Add the vanilla and stir. Add the butter to the second one and dilute with the champagne.

Carefully combine the two mixtures and mix them with the flour and baking powder. Stir and spread the mixture in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the marshmallows until done. While still hot, roll with a towel and cool.

 

Meanwhile, mix the cream with the mascarpone and beat until smooth. Add the white chocolate and stir until the products are well mixed. Unroll the marsh, smear it with cream.

 

Roll again and sprinkle with cocoa and powdered sugar.

 

Put the roll in a plate, decorate with strawberries or other fruits of your choice, cut and serve.
