Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 15 grams of natural cocoa
  • 60 grams of soft butter
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

 

for cream

 

  • 250 grams of creamy condensed milk
  • 1 ampoule of coconut essence
  • 100 grams of coconut shavings
  • 250 milliliters of liquid cream

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour, add the baking powder, salt, cocoa and mix. Beat the eggs with the sugar, butter and vanilla. Combine the mixtures and stir. Spread a rectangular tray with a sheet of parchment, pour the dough and with a spatula spread it evenly.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, bake marshmallows for 35 minutes. Cool and roll it up using paper. Make a cream by mixing condensed milk with cream and beat until smooth.

Add the coconut shavings and essence. Stir and spread the cream on the marsh. Wrap the roll carefully and cool. Cut, serve and enjoy eating.
