Required products :

  • 250 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, broken
  • 40 milliliters of oil
  • 400 grams of minced beef
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 200 milliliters of beef broth
  • 150 grams of blue Roquefort cheese, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf

Method of preparation :

Heat the oil and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and reduce the temperature.

After 4-5 minutes add the minced meat, stir and fry for 10 minutes. Add the bay leaf, broth and simmer for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, roll out the puff pastry into a square measuring 30 x 30 centimeters and half a centimeter thick.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Place the minced meat in the middle of the dough, leaving 10 cm on each side, which you will then use to roll the roll, and at the opposite ends, leave 3-4 cm on the board.

Sprinkle Roquefort cheese on the minced meat.

Cut the sides of the dough, which are without filling, into strips and weave them on the filling, alternating them.
