How To Cook Roll With Mushrooms, Onions And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 eggs
  • 180 grams of flour
  • 400 grams of fresh white mushrooms (you can use others)
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of onions
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 600 grams of tomatoes
  • leavening agent
  • parsley
  • olive oil

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter, add the washed and chopped mushrooms, parsley and stew everything until done.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until you get a thick foam and add to it the yolks, which you have previously mixed with olive oil and flour with salt and baking powder.

Pour the mixture on parchment and bake in a preheated oven until done. Then transfer the marshmallows on a damp cloth, remove the paper, smear the surface with the sponge stuffing and roll up a roll. When it cools down a bit, sprinkle it with grated yellow cheese and serve with tomatoes.
