Required products :
1 ready sponge cake (vanilla)
300 milliliters of freshly squeezed orange juice
2 eggs
2 full tablespoons of starch
150 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
120 grams of butter
50 grams of dark chocolate
Method of preparation :
Wet a towel and place the marshmallows on it, then roll it up with the towel. Leave it like this and start with the cream.
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Pour a little orange juice into the starch and add to the eggs, stir pour the remaining juice.
Put the dish on low heat and stir until a thick cream. Then put the bowl in another larger one with cold water. Let the cream cool to room temperature, stirring constantly, and then add the grated orange peel and butter.
Unroll the marsh and spread it with the prepared aromatic cream, setting aside 1/3 of it.
Roll again and store in the fridge for a few minutes.
When you remove, smear the surface with the cream that you separated earlier.
The dessert is ready. You can pour melted chocolate and return to the refrigerator to firm up the decoration.
