Required products :

150 grams of flour
150 grams of sugar
6 eggs
vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

canned peaches (in syrup)

For cream:

butter
condensed milk
powdered sugar
liquid cream with a fat content of 33%

Determine the quantities of cream products according to your personal taste preferences.

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the egg whites in the refrigerator and beat the yolks with the sugar.

Gradually add the flour.

Then beat the cooled egg whites with a pinch of salt to form a foam.

Add the vanilla to the dough and gradually add the egg whites.

Divide into two parts, one of which should be larger than the other. Mix the cocoa with the smaller one.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment greased with oil. Spread the white dough evenly.

On it - cocoa, by "drawing" a lattice. Using a toothpick, make circles in the lines themselves - the idea is to get an interesting marble pattern after baking.

Bake the marshmallows for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees. Turn on a towel and remove the parchment.

Cut the peaches into pieces, previously draining the sweet liquid in which they are canned. An option is to mash to a puree.

Spread on hot base.

Pour the cream obtained by whipping the products indicated for its manufacture.

Roll up tightly, press gently and allow to cool. Align the edges, cutting off the excess.

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour melted chocolate.

Enjoy your meal!
