Necessary products:

300 grams of sausage of your choice

200 grams of cream cheese

150 grams of yellow cheese

2 peppers

5 eggs + 1 yolk

puff pastry

salt and pepper to taste

connection green onions

sesame

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the dough into medium triangles and arrange them on the table (table) in the form of a circle, overlapping them slightly so that an empty circle is formed in the middle. Press the edges firmly so that the figure does not fall apart.

 

Stew the sausage with the chopped onions and peppers for 3-5 minutes.
