Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 stalks of celery - cut
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 teaspoon ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Creole spice
  • 1 teaspoon Greek spices
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, broken
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 can of 220 grams of tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste

Method of preparation :

Heat the butter and fry the onion and celery (pre-chopped) for about 7 minutes until soft.

Add the vegetables to the beef, add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, Creole spice, Greek, garlic and eggs. Mix the minced meat and form a roll, which you place in a small rectangular cake tin. Cover the roll with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce with tomatoes and tomato paste, add 1 tablespoon ketchup. Spread the resulting tomato mixture on the roll and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until done.

Cut the roll after it has rested 10 minutes after baking. Sprinkle with uncut fresh parsley leaves and serve with a warm garnish.
