How To Cook Rolls Of Fried Peppers Stuffed With Cheese, Walnuts And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 fresh red peppers
  • 30 grams of walnuts
  • 30 grams of cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 sprigs of green spices of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil


Method of preparation :

Clean the peppers from the seeds, wash, dry and cut into 2-3 parts (depending on the size).

 

Put in a bowl and pour boiling water over them for 2 minutes.

 

Remove to a colander to drain the liquid, dry them and fry in hot oil on both sides until soft.

 

When ready, arrange on paper to remove excess fat. Once the peppers have cooled, peel them.

 

Make the filling by mixing the cheese with the walnuts, chopped green spices, garlic clove and pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

 

Bold with a blender.

 

Put a little of the stuffing at one end of each piece of pepper.

 

Roll up the rolls and the appetizer is ready.
