Learn how to cook "Rolls of lavash with cottage cheese and apple caramel". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 sheet of pita bread (200 grams)
For the stuffing:
360 grams of cottage cheese (9% fat)
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
50 grams of sugar
1 egg
For the fruit-caramel coating:
1 apple
100 grams brown sugar
50 grams butter
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons liquid cream with a fat content of 10%
Method of preparation :
Mash the curd with a fork, add sugar and egg, mix thoroughly.
Spread the mixture evenly on the lavash leaves.
Sprinkle with grated lemon peel.
Roll up the roll.
Using a sharp knife, cut it into several equal-sized pieces.
Wash the apple, clean it from the core with the seeds and cut into small cubes.
Put the butter, brown sugar, liquid cream and soy sauce in a suitable saucepan. Place the pan on the hob and heat the mixture over low heat until all the ingredients are melted and mixed.
Pour the caramel in a suitable form, on it - the apple pieces.
Follow the rolls with the filling and cover the dish with foil. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-15 minutes.
When you take out the dessert, place a flat dish on the form and turn quickly.
Be careful not to burn yourself with the caramelized fruit.
Wait 20-30 minutes before serving.
