How To Cook Rolls Of Roasted Peppers With Cream Cheese And Oregano - Recipe

Required products :
 
3 sweet red peppers
200 grams of cream cheese
a pinch of oregano or to taste
30 milliliters of olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 
Method of preparation :
 
Cut the peppers lengthwise into two parts, remove the tails and seeds, arrange them in a tray.
 
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. They need to be baked enough so that you can easily peel the skins.
 
In a separate bowl put the cream cheese, add oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
 
When you take the peppers out of the oven, put them in a bowl, which you close with a lid. Leave on for 10 minutes and then peel.
 
Cut into long strips and put 1/2 teaspoon of the filling in the middle of each.
 
Form rolls, fasten them with toothpicks and the appetizer is ready.
