Learn how to cook "Rolls of roasted peppers with ham and cottage cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 kg roasted red peppers
100 grams thinly sliced ham
200 grams cottage cheese
100 grams peeled pistachios
salt and ground black pepper to taste
grated lemon peel to taste
olive oil
Preparation :
Bake the peppers in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Turn them over during cooking to bake evenly. Instead of an oven, you can also use a pan without fat.
Meanwhile, make the filling. Pass the curd through a sieve, add the ground pistachios and grated lemon peel, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything.
When the prepared peppers have cooled, peel them and clean the seeds and tails. Then cut lengthwise into suitable pieces from which to form rolls.
On each strip of pepper put a thin piece of ham, spread the resulting filling over the entire surface and roll. Secure the rolls with toothpicks. Arrange in a suitable container and pour a little olive oil.
Store in the refrigerator.
