How To Cook Rolls Of Zucchini And Eggplant With Cheese And Ham In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of zucchini
  • 500 grams of eggplant
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of ham
  • black pepper, green spices, salt and oil to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the aubergines and zucchini, cut them lengthwise into pieces 2-3 millimeters thick. Add salt and after 15-20 minutes rinse with water.

Dry and fry in hot oil until done.

Cut the yellow cheese and ham into thin slices and place one on top of each strip of vegetables.

Roll up the rolls and arrange them vertically in a tray.

Bake them for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven (at an average temperature - 180 degrees).

Before serving, sprinkle the appetizer with chopped parsley leaves.
