Learn how to cook "Rolls with ham, pickles and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300 milliliters of warm water
10 grams of dry yeast
100 grams of butter
0.5 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
flour (as much as it takes)
For the stuffing:
200 grams of ham
250 grams of yellow cheese
a few pickles (2 - 3 - depending on their size)
3 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Method of preparation :
Dissolve the yeast in the water, cut the butter into small cubes, add a little flour and chop finely with a knife. Add salt, sugar and stir.
Then pour the water with the yeast and start adding a little flour, kneading a dough that does not stick to your hands. It should be soft and elastic.
Put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 30 - 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Grate the yellow cheese, ham and cucumbers cut into small cubes.
Divide the finished dough into two parts.
Roll each of them into a layer about 0.5 cm thick, spread with mayonnaise and spread the products for the filling on the surface.
Roll up two rolls, cut into pieces and arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and greased with oil.
Sprinkle the resulting rolls with grated cheese and place in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 10 - 15 minutes.
