How To Cook Romantic Gin Cocktail With Tonic And Red Orange - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 red-orange
  • 480 milliliters of water
  • 180 grams of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • gin
  • tonic
  • cocktail cherries
  • ice

 

Method of preparation :

Make rosemary syrup by mixing the plant with water and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.

When removed from the heat, allow the liquid to simmer for 10 minutes, then strain, pour into a glass jar, and allow to cool completely.

Squeeze the juice from the red-orange. For one drink, mix 3 tablespoons of juice with 1-2 teaspoons of rosemary syrup and 20 milliliters of gin.

Serve in a tall chilled glass filled with crushed ice, topped up with a tonic.

Garnish the cocktail with cherries for the purpose and slices of red-orange.
