Required products :

1 kg of boiled beans

500 grams of boiled or canned peas

1 jar pickles

500 grams of boiled carrots

2 kg of roasted and peeled red peppers

2.5 kilograms of peeled tomatoes

1 hot pepper

100 milliliters of olive oil (can vegetable oil)

 

For the marinade:

500 milliliters of olive oil (or oil)

100 milliliters of vinegar

100 grams of sugar

40 grams of salt

black pepper if desired and to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the peeled tomatoes and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Mix the marinade ingredients in a suitable saucepan, place on the stove and boil the carrots in the liquid. When cool, cut into small pieces.

Add peas, diced pickles, chopped peppers, carrots, tomato sauce and finely chopped beans to the prepared beans.
