Required products :
4 tea cups of rose petals (can be dried, can be fresh)
4 tea cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon rose water (optional)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Method of preparation :
The rose petals are ground together with the sugar, the water is poured in and everything is put on the stove to boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then remove from heat. The next day, boil again for 10 minutes, do the same on the third day. After the third cooking, add the lemon juice and distribute the jam in jars. Sterilize them and turn the lids down.
