Required products :

  • 50 grams of rose hips (dried)
  • 90 grams of sugar
  • 400 milliliters of water
  • 15 grams of gelatin
  • citric acid to taste

Method of preparation :

Grind the dried rose hips, pour boiling water over them, close the container tightly with a lid and leave for 12 hours. Pour gelatin with water.

Strain the rosehip tincture, add sugar to the "broth", heat, add gelatin and citric acid. When all this boils, remove from the heat.

Cool the liquid to room temperature, beat and distribute in suitable molds. Refrigerate to firm.
