30 circles suitable sausage of your choice

Method of preparation :

Mix the cream with warm water (you can use fresh milk if you prefer), sugar, yeast and a few tablespoons of flour.
Let the combination stand for a while.

When the yeast swells, add one egg mixed with the melted butter.

Then the flour (set aside a little to sprinkle on the hob) and knead a soft dough.

Let it rest for a while, during which time cut the sausage into circles, then cut each of them in half.

Knead the dough thoroughly, roll it out and cut it into strips about 6 centimeters long, 3 centimeters wide and 1/2 centimeter thick.

Arrange a few halves of sausage on each, leaving a little of the dough free at both ends.

Roll up the rolls, they look like roses. Pinch the edges. Arrange them in a greased pan and spread the surface with the second egg.

Turn on the oven to heat, during which time the dough will rise.

Bake the roses for about 15-20 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Enjoy your meal!
