Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • 100 grams of melted cheese
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 150 grams of bacon slices
  • 150 grams of marinated mushrooms
  • 100 grams of sweet corn
  • 1-2 sprigs of dill
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley
  • toothpicks

 

for the sauce:

 

  • 200 grams of light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • juice of half a lemon
  • a pinch of cumin

 

Method of preparation:

 

Clean, wash, cut the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. In each fillet put melted cheese, mozzarella, mushrooms, corn, chopped dill. Roll into rolls, wrap in bacon and stick with toothpicks in several places.

Arrange in a parchment-lined tray. Bake in the oven at 190-200 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix the mayonnaise, puree, mustard, lemon juice and cumin. Mix until homogeneous. Serve the roulades warm, garnished with the resulting sauce and finely chopped parsley.
