Required products :

  • 30 milliliters of cognac or rum
  • 150 grams of sweet crumbs (crushed biscuits or shortbread)
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Add cognac / rum to the crushed biscuits. Beat the butter with the sugar until white and pour the mixture over the crumbs, separating some of them for later. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla. Mix everything and put on a board. Form the "dough" in the form of sausage and cut into pieces. Roll them in the separated sweet ribbons and place the candies in paper baskets.
