Necessary products:
400 g wholemeal rye flour
1 tsp dry yeast
150 g of organic rye semolina
260 ml of water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tbsp oil
40 g hazelnuts
50 g raisins
50 g of dried apricots
50 g prunes
Method of preparation:
Knead a dough of 100 grams of flour, yeast and 100 ml of water. Leave to rise for 1 - 1.5 hours. Crush the hazelnuts in bulk, cut the dried fruits into large pieces as well. Add the remaining flour, water, semolina and oil to the risen dough, knead for a few minutes. Then mix the dried fruits and nuts, add them to the dough and leave to rise for another 2 hours. Bake the bread (50 minutes if using a bread machine) and enjoy the taste.
