Required products :
400 grams of rye flour
100 grams of wheat flour
7 grams of dry brewer's yeast
15 grams of dry yeast
2 - 3 tablespoons flaxseed
1 teaspoon malt syrup
1 equal tablespoon of sea salt
700 - 800 milliliters of water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method of preparation :
Mix all ingredients (excluding flaxseed) and knead a soft sticky dough. Leave it to ferment for 10 - 12 hours. Then put it in a suitable form and let rise (about an hour). Sprinkle with flaxseed. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
