Necessary products:

100 grams of cashews (or other nuts)

1.5 ripe banana

150 grams of dates

2 eggs

3 tablespoons melted honey

250 grams of rye flour

baking powder

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put the nuts in it for 10 minutes. Wait for them to cool completely and divide each of them into two parts. Do not turn off the oven.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Mash the bananas with a fork to make a puree. Mix the bananas, eggs and honey. Add the flour and baking powder. Carefully add the nuts and dates.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and spray with oil. Divide the dough into two parts and with wet hands form equal strips (strips) of them. Put them in the pan and bake for about 25 minutes. Then remove from the oven and leave for 10-15 minutes. Cut into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick. Arrange them again in a pan and bake for another 5-7 minutes on each side.
