How To Cook Rye Cookies With Oatmeal And Coconut Shavings - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Rye cookies with oatmeal and coconut shavings". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

200 grams of rye flour

3 eggs

3/4 teaspoon sugar

100 grams of butter

3 - 4 tablespoons oatmeal

2 - 3 tablespoons coconut shavings

1/2 teaspoon leavening agent

1/3 teaspoon salt

vanilla - on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the softened butter, oatmeal, coconut shavings, salt, baking powder and vanilla.

Then add the flour and knead a light dough that can be scooped up with a spoon.

Using a tablespoon, spread it in a pan, the bottom of which you have greased or covered with baking paper. To prevent the mixture from sticking to the spoon, wet the appliance with water before each scoop.

Bake the cookies (it is not necessary to give them a proper and beautiful shape, so they will be different and interesting) in a preheated oven to 170 - 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar or oatmeal when serving.

Enjoy your meal!
